This policy explains which cookies and trackers Pioneer Invest sets when you browse the site and app, for what purpose, and how you can accept, reject or withdraw your consent at any time, in line with the ePrivacy directive and the GDPR. It complements our privacy policy.

A cookie (or tracker) is a small file stored on your browser or device when you visit the site. It lets the site recognize your browser across visits, remember information (language, theme, session), or measure your browsing. Setting certain cookies may give us access to personal data about you, as described below.
2. Why do we use cookies?
Cookies set by Pioneer Invest are mainly used to run the site properly (login, security, display preferences), measure and improve platform audience, and, where you consent, assess the relevance of our own marketing communications. Pioneer Invest does not set any third-party advertising cookie for retargeting on other sites.

5. Manage your consent

6. Rejecting cookies via your browser
You can also configure your browser to reject all cookies or warn you before they are set. Note that disabling essential cookies may prevent the platform from working properly (unable to log in, preferences not remembered).
7. Cookies and third-party processors
Some analytics or functional cookies may be set by technical providers acting on our behalf (hosting, audience measurement, email delivery). These providers only access data strictly necessary to perform their task and are not permitted to reuse it for other purposes, in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Mobile advertising identifiers
If you use the mobile app, your device may have its own advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android). You can reset it or limit its use from your operating system's privacy settings.
9. How long we keep your consent choice
Your choice (accept or reject) is kept for six (6) months, after which you will be asked again. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
